We provide free, regular, face-to-face support so that people can talk openly about their suicidal feelings
Our service is completely confidential and non-judgmental. We understand that it’s not always possible to wait for help, which is why we aim to make contact within 24 hours and to offer a first appointment within 7 days.
Suicide kills 19 people a day in the UK and is the leading cause of death for all people under 35. Most of those who die are not receiving any support from mental health services — and those that are may have waited several weeks or even months for treatment.
We are here to help. We work quickly to offer free, regular sessions with a carefully trained volunteer, allowing people to talk through their suicidal feelings in a completely confidential setting.
